1. What you are buying

You are buying access to the AI Life Operating System course named on the checkout page and order confirmation. VIP Inner Circle is a separate optional upsell unless your order expressly includes it.

2. Payment and activation

Payment is processed by Paystack or Selar under the selected provider's applicable checkout terms. Use the same email address for your purchase and AI Life OS login. Access is activated after the order is confirmed and may require a short manual review.

Regional prices may differ according to your normal country of residence or primary business location. Select the region that truthfully applies to you. The checkout will show the final currency, price, taxes and any provider-specific payment options before you pay.

3. Course access

• Access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
• Course lessons and included resources are available through the member platform.
• The core course purchase does not include VIP Inner Circle unless the product page expressly says so.
• Course access includes the AI Life Operating System shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. VIP Inner Circle

VIP Inner Circle is a separate optional offer unless expressly included in your Selar order. Its current inclusions and payment terms are shown inside the member platform before purchase.

5. Refunds

Any product-specific refund promise will be stated on the relevant Selar product page. Where digital access has already been activated, refund eligibility may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. 6. Acceptable use

• Do not reproduce, publish, resell or distribute paid lessons, prompts, templates or downloads.
• Do not share login links or attempt to bypass course access controls.
• Use AI tools responsibly and review outputs before relying on or publishing them.

We may suspend access for material misuse, unlawful activity, abusive behaviour or unauthorised distribution.

7. Results and responsibility

The course teaches practical systems and workflows. We do not guarantee income, customers, employment, business performance or any other specific result. You remain responsible for your decisions, implementation and review of AI-generated output.

8. Third-party services

The course may demonstrate services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and other workflow tools. Those services control their own availability, pricing and terms. Any separate subscription or usage charge is your responsibility.

9. Intellectual property

Course materials remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You retain ownership of original work you create, subject to the terms of any third-party tools used.

10. Availability and changes

We may update lessons, resources or platform presentation to keep the material useful. If a material technical issue prevents access, contact us so we can restore or provide a reasonable alternative means of delivery.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
