- Purchase records - the product purchased, payment status and provider reference needed to activate access. Selar processes your payment details; we do not store full card details.
- Learning activity - course access, saved resources and basic usage information used to operate and improve the platform.
- Support information - information you send when requesting help with payment, access or course delivery.
How we use it
- To verify purchases and activate the correct course access.
- To deliver lessons, resources, account access and relevant member communications.
- To provide support, prevent misuse and maintain platform security.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To send marketing where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
For UK and European users, we process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and rely on consent where required.
Sharing
We share only the information required by providers supporting payments, authentication, email, hosting, analytics and member communication. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
